Description

This remarkable image captures the shadow of a large wooden cross erected by the APVA in 1957 to honor the memory of settlers who died in the first years of colony. The shadow falls alongside the Nathalie P. & Alan M. Voorhees Archaearium museum where visitors can learn more about the lives of these first men and women.
