The Jamestown Rediscovery Foundation (JRF) and its parent organization, Preservation Virginia, respect the privacy of our visitors and donors. We collect only such personal information as is needed to provide the information, service, or assistance that you request. If you choose to provide the JRF with personal information when you using our website, we will collect (and may retain) your name, street address, email address, phone number, and/or other non-financial data. We will use this information to try to fulfill your request and may use it to send communications in the future. Financial information provided to us for the purposes of purchasing items, ordering tickets, reserving tours, and making donations is used by our payments processing dealer only in order to process the transaction. The JRF does not retain credit card or banking information once a transaction is submitted.

online donations

Online donations to the JRF are handled through the external website Network for Good. Visitors to Network for Good are subject to that site’s privacy policies and should refer to those policies for further information. Network for Good provides us only with the personal information for each of our online donors and we manage the data received in accordance with this policy.
